Many home buyers and sellers want to work with people of the same faith. We are building the directory to help them find that Realtor. This site will be free for Realtors to list in and will be monetized by selling placement on each page to a local lender.
Live Lincoln Park Live Lincoln Park is a directory of restaurants, hotels and things to do in the amazing Lincoln Park neighborhood in Chicago. This directory is being built for a Lincoln Park Realtor that will eventually add local home listings to the directory. It is free for all merchants to feature their establishments.
eff Mold EFF Mold will be a national directory of companies that mitigate mold problems in homes. This will be a simple directory without a lot of images. It will be free for any licensed mold professional to list their business. The monetization plan will be decided by our client once the directory is fully populated with listings.
Eat Drink Chicago Eat Drink Chicago is an ambitious project for one of our repeat clients. They want to build the ultimate guide to dining in Chicago and then have an app created with all of the same data. This is a big long term project that will require a lot of research and data entry.
West Maui Life West Maui Life is the brainchild of a successful Realtor specializing in the West side of Maui. She has not decided if there will be a monetization strategy or simple a way to better market her business.
Dog Park Art Dog Park Art is a project by a Chicago resident that loves dogs and also has some artistic skills. The front of the website is the store where she sells her dog prints and the back end of the site is a directory of dog parks across the country. Another big project.
